There are many stores of interest to homeschoolers in the Oklahoma City area.   This is a list of some stores HERO members have enjoyed, and is not a comprehensive listing.

Omniplex Gift Shop.  Good stuff! They have books, games, puzzles, science kits, telescopes, bug houses and much more.  Ten percent member discount.   You do NOT have to pay admission to visit the gift shop -- just tell 'em at the entrance and they'll let you in free.

Porch's School Supply (405) 524-3309, 4526 N Sewell Ave, Oklahoma City OK 73118. A favorite for basic supplies. Family owned, friendly and they have good bargains.

Ratcliffe's Medical Bookstore, (405) 271-2448 at 400 NE 10th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, across from the Oklahoma School of Science & Mathematics, is a good source for science stuff. Molecular model kits, high-quality dissecting kits, and more.

St. Thomas More Books & Gifts, (405) 842-9911, 7904 N May Ave, Oklahoma City OK 73120.

Thompson's Schoolbook Depository, (405) 525-9458, at 39 NE 24th St, Oklahoma City OK 73105. Selling every textbook used in every school in the state.

Used Textbook Exchange (405) 478-2434, 6701 N Bryant Ave, Oklahoma City OK 73121. They have a homeschoolers room where all books are sold for $1.00 per inch (of thickness) except Saxon math books, which are $15 each. The staff is extremely helpful.
